How to Order

To order house plans, please text (850) 228-3633 or email me at

agodleyhingst@yahoo.com. Please specify the name of the plan you wish to purchase--i.e. the Janis, the Caitlin, etc. Plans are not returnable. Once you have decided on a plan, you may pay with the PayPal button below. When I have received payment I will send the plans you have chosen.

Shipping is free in the US.

Five Sets:  copy-righted plans on over-sized paper.

This is the minimum package from which you can build.

Eight Sets: enough sets for any job. 

$675

PDF File: The PDF file provides you with the electronic version of the plan's construction documents. The plans are emailed to you and you have copies made at a blueprint shop.

Planning Set: If you're not ready for a full set of plans, try a planning set--the elevations and floor plan pages of the blueprints. Payment of the planning set is fully refundable with the purchase of complete blueprints of the same plan.
